How to remediate an Exit Ticket (Formative):
Complete the practice problems on the “Reteach” worksheet and turn in. This worksheet will replace your exit ticket grade. |

How to remediate a Quiz or Test (Summative):
Complete the “Summative Remediation” worksheet. If you would like to retake, write “yes” on the worksheet. |
